Our International Project Marketing team, through our partnerships abroad, provide a launch pad for clients looking to reach the overseas property market or for foreigners to the local property market.

We manage bespoke campaigns for clients across global locations such as Philippines and Dubai, with a wide range of price points. We work with sales teams on the ground such as Hong Kong, Philippines and Middle East.

Potential buyers are attracted through media promotion, exhibition launches and private ‘one-to-one’ events as well as our unique before and after sales services. We decide on project suitability for the overseas market from our understanding of the buyers, their motivation and their ability to purchase these products. We continue to explore opportunities to target new markets across the globe whilst building on our existing client base.
